This molded EVA foam component is specially designed for neilpryde windsurf sail mast, with top grade EVA foam in royal blue color, the back of the mat is laminated with black EVA foam using special glue, which is seawater resistant

This type of molded EVA foam parts are widely used in high-end daily products, such as construction knee pad inserts, sport supports, and some other high quality personal protection, and more.

We also custom design and produce the heat compression molded parts with PVC leather, PU leather, microfiber and other composite materials as clients requests.

We also could produce the die cutting inserts and CNC routing EVA inlays as clients’ requests; with cost-effective solutions and good after-sale service.
