ACE Heat Compression custom make 3D Foam molding parts with printed black PU for ion spectre waist harness first layer, anti-scratch PU leather, high quality silk screen printing logo, we also custom make Mould shaping foam panel and layers for other series, such as Marena EXO, Marena union, Radium Select, and more.

We custom design and produce the first layer, front panel, outer skin for kitesurf waist harness, windsurf harness, seat harness with different types of Compression molding materials. Such as soft EVA foam, EVA foam laminated with Anti-scratch PU leather, tiny mesh, and more.

And recently, some of the high end kitesurf harnesses choose PE board or compression molding carbon fiber sheet to make the front panel or frame plate.

We also produce molded foam parts for other kitesurf Accessories, such as the spreader bar, footstrap, and more.

For the second layer, middle layer or the frame part of the kitesurf harness, ACE Heat Compression used to make them with soft EVA foam or high density foam to keep the shape and absorb the impact.
